Drew joined Warrington Capital Partners in 2015 as Head of Facilities Management. Drew is an experienced building services manager with 20 years’ experience in hotel, retail and commercial facility management.
Working with a major agency since 2007, Drew was responsible for the management of multi-level commercial office buildings in the Perth CBD and Northbridge precinct. In these roles, Drew was involved with the commissioning of a new CBD office tower, management of multiple office and retail fit outs along with building services upgrades. Drew has also worked in the hospitality industry for hotel groups Radisson and Accor in their engineering divisions. Drew has managed the engineering services of multiple hotels from the challenging remote north west of Western Australia to the Perth CBD.
