Ben joined Warrington in 2017 as a Development Manager, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in property development and strategic planning. More recently, Ben has taken on a new role as Senior Asset Manager.
Prior to joining Warrington, Ben worked for LandCorp as a Project Manager. Projects included residential and industrial sub-divisions throughout the Pilbara and leading a team that drove the expansion of Onslow following Chevron’s commitment to the $29 billion Wheatstone gas project. During this time, Ben and his team put in place the design and approvals to provide both land and infrastructure for over 1,000 new residents and he held senior positions on several cross-Government Steering Committees. In 2013 Ben accepted what was to be a six month secondment as an Adviser to the Minister for Lands; Hon Brendon Grylls. This initial opportunity evolved into a three year placement and saw him take on strategic advisory roles direct to the former Treasurer and Premier.
Ben holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and Commerce Degree from Curtin University.
